The restaurant looked very big from the outside and inside there are numerous tables, some a little too spaced together but luckily we were given a booth seat away from people. As I don't speak French my partner had to translate the dishes and there...were some pictures to help me choose. The waiter didn't seem to understand that I was leaving the ordering up to my French partner and kept asking me, making me embarrassed to attempt to speak some appalling French. I ordered the Grilled Ham Steak and it was delicious. My partner however ordered a grilled beef steak and it turned out that it was simply a burger made of minced meat without a bun. We were there on a Thursday at 20.15 h. The place was so busy that the waiter had to ask for 5 minutes to finish serving drinks before showing us our table. No problem. We were rushed there and given menu's. After a bit of...a wait our orders were taken in a hurry. Our orders arrived without the salad and without the drinks. We had to wait for some time before we spotted the waiter and warm drinks and the dry salad then arrived shortly. Food is OK to fill you up but if you want fresh quality, you should not go here. They did not charge for the salad. There is wifi but it was slow.
when the boss arrives a little sticky and very heavy. c'est surtout le service qui est null. Very long. you have to ask for the same thing several times to get the order. I'm talking about the server that will do better to sell cabbage flowers than to do service because we have managed to get our order from another more sympathetic and understanding waitress. and when you pay. ... put a layer of the boss with his zero jokes that doesn't make you want to go back there. from never seen in other buffalo restaurants. short the one is completely avoided.

very long and very noisy, we didn't get to talk!We went there with my old mother. We were placed in the benches in the middle of the crowd. I asked to change places, which was done nicely but this restaurant is really not soundproofed at all. It was unbearable! not to mention the kind but long service but it is the holidays.
Frankly abuse arriving at 7:40 pm and left at 22:30 pm the longest meal of my life I have never waited so long between the dishes the quality not to the top and the service does not speak of it (I even speak of the friendliness of the server)To flee from any urgency !!!!
I have always wanted to try this place.. I wish I had not the burger was actually stone cold inside when I mentioned it was taken away and again cold brought, I did not want to avoid it a second time to mention terrible
Good restaurant, American design and food, not fancy but just good and tasty. Staff has trouble with speaking American but of good nature and will. Excellent mixed grill and steak! Burgers are okay, not great.

good reception, nice service, meals served quickly. very well for a little relaxing moment. never been disappointed for several years.
