I've been to this restaurant during the day and enjoyed the great atmosphere. However, my dinner experience was disappointing due to poor service. I'm not sure if it was because of my skin color, but I am proud of who I am and I do have the means to spend. It was frustrating to feel ignored; I waited over 20 minutes just to place a drink order.
I am here 15 minutes before HH end which is 5pm. The waitress told me to wait and she will come back. Then, when she came back, I ordered items on HH menu and gave her my card. She came back again told me it 5pm now and HH just ended. So she can't do anything ? . What an bad experience!
The service here continues to decline with each visit. The staff struggles to even input my rewards information, and it takes an eternity for them to bring out drinks—just soft drinks—and the food.
I came with my family, my nine year old niece had to listen to music that had cus words and the n-word in. Idk what manager thinks it’s ok to play that kind of music. Reserva una mesa ahora
The American food here is decent, but after trying this restaurant twice, I don't think I would want to eat here again.
