Their wait times are somewhat long. Especially if you are only getting a coffee. And they gave me a buzzer so they can alert me for when my order is ready but never buzzed and I was standing right in front of the pick up area, they looked at me motioningfor why I was standing there(15minutes at least) I told them I had only ordered a coffee and then theyotioned to a cup that wasnot visible to me and said here it is. I was on my break, needless to say I am not happy with the service here. They are alwaysthis slow. And the coffee tasted awful.
Super busy today, so I used the kiosk. No big deal, because it's faster than waiting in line. Guess what I learned though? If you use the kiosk, basically do someone else's job for free, you are still REQUIRED to leave a tip. There is no option to notleave a tip. My food was TO-GO! No one took my order, no one served me. Someone got paid to take 2 minutes to make a sandwich.As a tip was required, I left 1¢. You already charged $13 for a sandwich. Pay your employees more and stop requiring tips. Tipsare optional.
I order catering from Panera Bread for my client's breakfast meetings, and this location is by far the best I've visited. The service is outstanding, and they always deliver my orders on time. They go above and beyond—even when I make ordering errors, they quickly correct them with a smile. I highly recommend this store and its staff.
These guys are a bit clueless as to what there menu and options are. My best guess it has to do with lack of training. But they also have some kind of attitude issue. It?s very unfortunate because I actually enjoy the food they serve. So 2 stars for thefood and 0 stars for the bad experience!

The soup is delicious! However, the portions feel a bit small for the price. The cashier didn’t seem very knowledgeable about customer service. I ordered an iced coffee, but was told they were out—even though the woman behind me left with one!
Consistently great food at reasonable prices. I tried the Mac and Cheese Grilled Cheese, and it was fantastic. You can't go wrong with their delicious, fresh offerings!
Overall, a fantastic restaurant! They offer quick and tasty meals, along with great coffee and desserts. There's plenty of parking available for larger groups as well.
This man with a blue walker steals the drinks everyday and pretending to sign in on a kiosk.
