Caribou also provides Beyond Meat sausage for breakfast sandwiches, but interestingly, they don't offer a traditional vegan breakfast sandwich. It's puzzling that they have all the components but haven't put them together. If they did, I'd definitely return, especially since Peet's, which is owned by the same parent company, offers a Just Egg vegan sandwich. I don't understand why Caribou hasn't done the same.
I also wish Caribou offered some vegan baked goods, like donuts, cookies, or coffee cakes. Overall, though, if you're looking for a decent savory vegan option, stop by Caribou.

This is definitely my favorite Caribou Coffee, and I'm so glad it's part of my morning routine! The atmosphere is wonderful, featuring pleasant music and a vibrant yet laid-back feel. The staff are fantastic too! Even on mornings when I'm not feeling my best, they always know how to lift my spirits and put a smile on my face. Plus, the drinks are excellent!
I met someone there to discuss some personal questions. I arrived around noon and was enjoying my time when I was asked to leave because they were closing. It was right in the middle of the day, and there was no notice about it. I had to leave and find another place for coffee, which meant spending more money.

Really like this caribou I have been going here for my coffee for like 12 years and my drinks are always made with care. All the workers are nice but especially the young black man that works there. He always remembers my name and it super nice. I feel badI don't remember his name but he really needs a raise!
This restaurant is conveniently situated in the Skyway near Securian and adjacent to the seating area of the Skyway Food Court. They serve excellent regular caffeinated coffee along with tasty finger foods.
I warmed up their bagels since I work here, and they're absolutely fantastic! You should definitely try the new donuts, but please don't get too many—we might run out!
