Ordered a cold drink. Requested less ice. Given double the regular amount of ice (even over the level lines for extra ice) so my boyfriend requested extra coffee for me. There were five people working. No line. Two people were sitting on their phones. One person was cleaning. The Asian barista girl (don 't know name cuz didn 't go in with him) who he requested extra coffee from rolled her eyes at him, and passive aggressively exclaimed Gotta get that LIGHT ICE when remaking my order. I 've seen a lot of reviews regarding the attitude of the employees at this location, and while I 'm aware just how stressful a food service job is, a simple apology for messing up a simple order in an over staf...

This restaurant is a fantastic place to visit! Their pink drink is amazing and definitely worth trying. They also serve excellent coffee, so be sure to try the Caramel Frappuccino and Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. You absolutely have to go there!

Always friendly. Very busy shop as it is the only one I know of on this side of down town. I am not a coffee dinner but do like their mango dragonfruit lemonade. It is so refreshing and tastes very crisp! Great on a summer afternoon.

It felt like the staff was focused more on speed than on quality. My drink was prepared so quickly that the outside of the cup ended up getting dirty. I don’t really understand why that’s necessary.
I received my mobile order right away. You make the best almond milk chai tea! My breakfast sandwich was fantastic. The service is consistently excellent.
