Casa De Pico - Reserva de mesa

The food and service were outstanding. I had the taco and enchilada plate, which came with rice and beans. I also ordered a Dr Pepper and enjoyed the complimentary fresh chips and salsa. Since today is my birthday, I mentioned it to my server, and I received a complimentary bowl of ice cream with whipped cream. Overall, my experience at Casa De Pico today was excellent. I've been here before and will definitely return. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Enjoy your dining!

In terms of ambience, cultural integrity and authentic Mexican food, you cannot find better in San Diego. Casa ALWAYS delivered. Incredible chips and salsa, rich authentic mole, fresh seafood, perfectly cooked carnitas... Even dessert is well done, love their homemade churros and fried ice cream, even the dulce de leches... The service is so welcoming and professional, the mariachis are talented and fun, the decor is colorful and cozy. It's truly an experience.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! My family and I have been visiting for years. I enjoy sitting outside on the patio next to the fountain, surrounded by wonderful company while indulging in authentic Mexican cuisine. In this warm weather, there's nothing better than enjoying a margarita or two. They also prepare their tortillas fresh right in front of you, which is a fantastic touch. I love everything about this place and try to visit as often as possible.

I have to say, the food here is truly excellent! As an Armenian, I know good food, and this place definitely delivers! I ordered the chicken plate, and the rice was delicious—moist and not dry at all. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. I've been visiting this restaurant for years! While the wait might be long at times, there's always the option to sit in the bar area. I will always make it a point to come here a few times each year. Everything on the menu is outstanding and authentic.

Love this place. Great service. Great food. Tasty drinks. A great place to bring out of towners who 've never experienced real mexican food, drinks, and environment. Fresh chips and salsa and hand-made tortillas made right there for you to watch.

My favorite sit-down Mexican restaurant in San Diego! They have freshly made corn and flour tortillas, delicious carne asada, a lively atmosphere, outstanding service, and enormous margaritas. Definitely worth the drive!

The portions were small and quite pricey. I ordered three mini tacos for $15. The taste was decent, but not impressive.
