The stunning decor, music, and delicious food all contribute to a fantastic Cuban dining experience. We visited for lunch on a Friday when the restaurant was empty, and I enjoyed the red flowery wallpapers and soothing music playing in the background. The bar in the middle of the restaurant was a nice touch. The grilled octopus was tasty, although slightly overcooked at the tail. The tapas empanadas were decent. My main course, the oxtail, was visually appealing but difficult to eat due to the bones. I would have preferred if the dish had more flavor, either spicier or sweeter, as it was a bit bland. The food and the bartenders at this restaurant are both amazing. The chicharon dish reminded me of a local Filipino dish called lechon kawali. The side of lemon and what I believe to be fermented radish complemented the dish perfectly. The potato balls stuffed with either pork or beef had a fantastic texture. The marinara sauce added a slight sweetness and tang to the dish, completing the flavor. I would definitely return to try more of their dishes.
Amazing food and amazing bartenders. The Chicharon reminded me of a local Filipino court called Lechong kawali. My wife is from Hudson County, where Cuban food is known to be some of the best. Casual Habana competes with Miami and rivals them both! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The food is consistently delicious and cooked perfectly. They have a great drink menu as well. It does get quite busy, so it's recommended to arrive early. They also offer outdoor dining. We will definitely be returning!

Came here for a brunch with friends. The charrasco brunch special was fantastic. The cappuccino were good. Mimosas are medium strength. They dont offer any military discount. Free Valet parking on site. Or street parking available. A bit pricy for portion sizes in my opinion
What delicious paella! The ambiance of the restaurant is pure Havana. I ordered the classic mojito which was perfectly made. To eat we ordered the paella, grilled octopus and chicharron. Seriously drool worthy! Highly recommend this place. Good music, friendly staff!
Casual Habana is a visit when I'm at home in NJ. My family loves it! The Empanadas and Ropa Vieja are my favorite. Great prices, generous portions. Service is usually good even if they are busy.
We've eaten here several times. Savory and authentic Cuban cuisine, which I don't say easy to grow up in Miami. Very good service. Very recommended.
