I spent a lot of time in Philadelphia and had some really good cheesesteaks. This place is really good. Maybe a small notch below the best but the best cheese steak I can find in California. The curly fries are good too. I always get the cheese steak hoagie with lettuce tomato onions and hot peppers.
Last year it was about 5 times. 3 of these times the type that worked the register was rude. He seems irritated every time I see him; he rolls his eyes and speaks unreliable. If he hates working there so much, he should find another job. I guess I'm the stupid one coming back. Cheesesteaks are good.
When I moved into the Bay Area back in 1998 in Pleasanton I started to go to The Cheesesteak Shop and I haven't stopped since then. Great place to get a Philly cheese steak sandwich and some curly fries. The staff is friendly and the cost is just right. Come check it out!
My boyfriend and I order delivery from here all the time cause it is the bomb.com. Try not to order right before they close though cause we noticed sometimes there are only two people working the place lol. Ugh their sandwiches and every variation of fries are so good Reserva una mesa ahora
This place has some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. They are stacked with steak and gooey cheese, and they add some good toppings upon request. Great fries. Generous portions. Good service. Will be back for sure.
These are good cheese steaks. How they are meant it to be! Bread is soft, meat is good. Get the onions and hot peppers. Staff were really chill. Don’t forget to tip!
Changed owners in 2017 and the prices went up high; Quality and quantity went down! Used to be buy 10 sandwiches get 1 free; now 10$ gets you half a sandwich; boo
