The Chick-fil-A in Laurel soda system was messed up it was dispensing carbon water, of course I did not realize this until I was driving away so I drove to the Washington Boulevard, I had to pass that way to drop someone off) I explain it even showed my receipt) to get a replacement the manager that was on duty older white lady with a ponytail) was extremely unprofessional, unpolished and rude she advised me that they were not one company and it was up to the managers to make a decision if I could have my drink replaced and she would not do that.
