I've eaten here and pick up DoorDash orders here as well. Idk why the food is highly rated. Bland, mushy and leaves alot to be desired. Smells awful too... When I've got to pick up orders here, there is a girl that makes me very uncomfortable and on edge. Won't say one word to me and looks at me with dead eyes. Yet talks with other customers so it's obviously personal... Very cold and rude. You can recognize her easily buy the fact here hair is always a different color and has a thousand yard stare. Also everything in there is covered in grease. My clothes always stick to the seats. Gross place.
I hadn’t been to Chicken Shack in a while, so I decided to try it again tonight. When we walked in, we had to wait and then had to ask someone to take our order. The person who took our order messed it up three times. Then we were told the wait would be very long. When I asked how long, the employee loudly asked a coworker and she shouted back that it would be at least an hour, acting unprofessional. It’s the same disappointing experience as always—nothing has improved. Terrible service!
Worst customer service ever. Waited 40 min for our food. 2 people came in after us got food and ate before we got our food. Diet pop ran out and their solution was to put a sign up instead of changing it. What a disappointment. Didnt even offer a solutionfor drinks being diabetic that's all I could drink. Also it was dine in and was given everything in bags what a waste ofresources.
Fortunately this is the only Chicken shack location I've ever had rude service and rude cashiers and thankfully there's enough other locations that it doesn't change that the food is amazing.. but not at this location I've never had my potatoes burnt except for in

Ribs were very dry tough. Couldn’t find my order when I arrived. Employee at counter didn’t speak up or annunciate. Couldn’t tell what he was saying. It’s the worse we have ever had from this location. I’m not sure if new mgt, owner???
Hot. Fresh. Friendly! Top-notch chicken. The slaw is really nice. Definitely get the roasted potatoes.
$17.00 for 5 tenders and fries?????give me a break. Walked out never to return
The broasted chicken is some of the juiciest stuff I've ever had.
