I placed an order for delivery but never received the order. I was tracking the order through the Marcos App when I noticed it said delivered. I contacted the store and explained that my order was not delivered to me. After contacting the driver whostated the order had been delivered (obviously to the wrong address) I was told that my order was too large to be sent out againto the right address and that I would be contacted by the General Manager the following day for my refund. I was never contactedthe next day and when I finally called, the manager was not in. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. They make it very clear that they are a franchise, which means they don't adhere to the quality or experience you might expect. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 10:30. I arrived at 10:45, only to be told that Google had the wrong hours and they actually close at 10. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a hard time getting a refund as well. To make matters worse, it seemed like there were only young workers running the establishment, and customer service was clearly lacking in their hiring. This place really tarnishes the reputation of Marco's name.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is extremely poor, and it seems like everyone needs to be replaced. This is the second time I've come around 9:15 PM, and both times I've been told they aren’t taking orders. This is quite misleading, especially since the sign on the door says they’re open until 10 PM. The manager really needs to address these customer service issues with the staff, as they clearly don’t know how to treat customers. Corporate should seriously think about closing this location.

I had an exceptional dinner experience! The food was absolutely delightful, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was attentive and friendly, also deserving of a top rating. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Order 2 pizzas for delivery. After 20-30 minutes got a voicemail saying they had no drivers and we needed to pick it up. Well, if I wanted to pick it up I would have chosen carryout. Tried to call back to cancel and no answer. Ordered food elsewhere andfinally had my son to get it later and his family ate them. Would be easier to just not take orders, or perhaps foot the billfor a rideshare to deliver.
Two stars because the lady that took my order was super nice compared to the service I've gotten from other people at this same location. However it looks like they let a Roomba slice my pizza. There were two HUGE slices, maybe 2 medium slices and the restwere sliced like they were being served to a 2 year old.
Always amazing! Delicious and plenty of food. Customer service is always top notch!!!! My family and Ilove Marco?s!???????????????????????????????????????????? Ask for the specials! Black woman owned! You will be happy to travel thereor have it delivered! Please tip well! They truly deserve it!!!!
This pizza place has the worst customer service ive ever seen. Our pizza was cold, they said return it and we will replace it. Then when i got there they said we cant do anything about that. They took no responsibility for anything. Do not call them if uwant good service or good pizza.

The service wasn't consistently friendly or helpful. I ordered takeout for dinner, and it cost around $10–20 per person. In terms of the food, I would rate it a 3, while the service and atmosphere both received a 2. I would recommend trying the Build Your Own Pizza.
