**Service:** The service is consistently outstanding, from the host to our server. This time, our server Alex was amazing; she got all our orders right and ensured we had everything we needed. We requested a birthday song for my dad, and it completely took him by surprise—his reaction was priceless! Huge thanks to Alex and the Chili's team for making the occasion special.

The menu was an overwhelming mix of uninspired dishes that left my taste buds perplexed. The signature items appeared to be crafted by someone who was blindfolded and throwing darts, resulting in a chaotic combination of flavors that made me question my decision to order them.
The service was equally disappointing. It felt like the staff was aiming for a record in the longest wait times, with waiters more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. Trying to get their attention was like trying to summon a ghost—impossible and frustratingly elusive.

I cant even describe how bad this experience was for me. I ordered the chicken crispers and I break them open for them to cool down. THERE WAS A HAIR INSIDE THE CHICKEN. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS HAPPEND BUT SOON ENOUGH I FOUND ANOTHER ONE IN THE 2ND CRISP I OPENED. I ended up calling up a manager, and just to top everything off she smelled like she came straight from the sewers. completely lost my appetite after this. even after I kindly stated what my problem was, she didn't even offer me a refund. straight up just left. I can't believe what this place has turn into. I hope u guys get nuked ?
It was a busy night, so it took a while to be seated. The host showed us to a table for two, but there was salsa spilled on the table and seats, which was a bit awkward since it hadn’t been cleaned beforehand. They cleaned it while we stood there. Our orders arrived promptly and looked great, but the chips tasted stale. However, the three-dip combo was an excellent choice—the dips were really delicious.

As soon as I sat down the table was very sticky and you could tell the table wasn’t clean at all. The server wasn’t bad but it took almost 30 minutes for our food to get here! When I did get my food I took a bite and it was cold! My little boy got the kids pizza and he said the pizza was cold as well! Also I politely asked for some ranch and the server said yes but never came with ranch!

I had a brief wait in line, but I was seated in no time. The servers were friendly, and my food arrived quickly and hot. The drinks were delightful, and the meals were quite tasty. My waitress was attentive and very accommodating during my visit.
Everything was great. Server was on top of everything.Parking: Mall, Walmart and mall share same parking lot. Depending on time of day, it can be difficult to find parking unless you park further away.
