I really enjoy the food here; it tastes great. However, the portion sizes can be inconsistent, as noted by another reviewer. The workplace is quite messy. During my last visit, there were ten employees—five in the kitchen and five at the counter—yet, as the only customer, my order was still incorrect. The cashier appeared uninterested, almost as if I was interrupting his day. It seemed like all the staff were under 25 years old and could benefit from some adult supervision. The place feels disorganized, especially compared to the smooth operation at In-N-Out, which runs like a well-rehearsed performance. Additionally, the menu could be clearer. The burritos were poorly wrapped, with ingredients spilling out everywhere. The $5 side of guacamole was served in a tiny cup that was less than half full, and it appeared contaminated with cheese and sour cream, which made it impossible to get any clean guacamole. There was no one at the register, so I had to grab a takeout bag and pack my own food because I just wanted to leave. When I got to the car, I discovered that the kids' quesadilla my son ordered was missing all three sides it was supposed to come with, but I didn’t want to go back in to sort it out. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle.
We ordered four veggie burrito bowls and, upon returning home, discovered that they contained only rice, beans, and sour cream. The order was supposed to include fajitas, guacamole, salsa, and other toppings, but we found barely any onions or tomatoes—just a tiny taste, like a sample. It appears that this location routinely fails to deliver the correct order and serves smaller portions for takeout compared to dining in. This seems to be a flaw in their business model: takeout is half the size of dine-in, yet the cost remains the same. There should be an option for zero stars. This was the worst takeout experience I’ve ever had.
Most of the employees were quite rude when we were placing our orders. One of them wasn't wearing a hairnet; although his hair was tucked under a hat, it was still visible and moved whenever he did. I couldn't help but wonder if his hair might have ended up in our food. To make matters worse, the food was cold, and they informed us that they were out of cheese. The line was extremely long, wrapping around the register, and I was disappointed that the staff didn’t even apologize for the wait. We had to wait while they prioritized online orders. Because of this experience, I won’t be giving any stars for service.

I frequent chipotle almost daily for my dinner. This location is usually consistent. However, recently they have had minor errors in my orders, but I was patient due to their former consistency. Today, they got the entirety of my order wrong!! The bowl that they made literally consisted of just protein, fajitas, and beans. This is entirely wrong to the point of being unprofessional. Where did the rest of my order go? I was missing cheese, corn, tomato, salsa, AND lettuce!! Due to recent poor performance, I would highly advise anyone to avoid this location.
I would rate this place with zero stars if that were an option. I often order takeout from Chipotle, but my experience here was disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, with spilled food all over the counters, and the quality of the food was subpar. The service was also quite poor. There were a few young staff members who seemed to be new and were unsupervised, which didn't help the situation. My order changed hands five times before it finally reached the cashier. I won’t be returning. There are definitely better options out there.

Only a glimpse of onion and tomatoes were found (like tasting counter sample). It seems this location has a habit of not delivering right order and also less portion size than dine in. It seems it is inherited in their business model. Take Out Half Size Dine In Proper Size and cost remains the same. 0 Stars should be an option. Worst Take Out Service.
I see other review a week back that says staff not wearing mask. No change after a week. I just went there and all three folks who were serving food had their mask half way thru down with nose exposed. Their gloves were messy and food was on the chipotle boxes. Medium hot salsa missing so went for mild which was very salty. Update 6/1/22 Gave it a shot again and purchased a burrito and the rice was literally uncooked. What the hell is this place?
