The customer service was outstanding. The food seemed fresher than usual. Even though there was a long line, it moved quickly. The staff was very helpful and well-informed. There was a fundraiser for my son's school that caused it to be crowded, but they handled the crowd efficiently. The food was delicious; I’ve experienced burnt flavors on previous visits, but not this time. Neither the chicken nor the vegetables had that charred taste.
The customer service was excellent. The food looked incredibly fresh. Although there was a long line, it moved quickly. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My son's school held a fundraiser there, and despite the crowd, they managed everything well. The food was good; sometimes when I go, it has a scorched taste, but this time everything tasted great, whether it was the chicken or the vegetables.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would advise you to save your money and time. I visited just before closing, and when I was leaving, I noticed something was off with my food. The staff were laughing, and when I asked for a refund, they insisted there were no refunds and shut down the register. I will never return to this location due to their poor customer service.
I've ordered from this Chipotle more than 20 times, as it's the only one that delivers to my home. Unfortunately, they've only gotten my order right about three times out of those 20. They frequently forget chips, dips, and even entire bowls, which is just astonishing. Chipotle doesn’t do anything to rectify the situation, so I'm done with this place. It's truly the worst.
This is the worst place to spend your money and time. I visited just before closing, and it seemed like they tampered with my food. If you haven't gotten the 3 soft taco meal you're missing out. Once I tried 3 soft tacos with steak, cheese, and corn salsa, I have never ordered anything else. Give it a try! Only complaint is a lot of the time my food isn't hot, and occasionally it's actually cold. Still good though.

I had a door dash order. The young lady was nice and polite. My only gripe was it went over my pick up time but that's with every restaurant. Besides the wait, it was a good experience.
They are so nice. Super delicious food. Omg I can't wait to come back.
