Oh my gosh this is the 5th bad experience I have had with Chong Co in a year. May I add you have to specifically add to your order that you would like your food filled in the containers because if you don't they are skimpy and only half fill them. I will not be a returning customer now. Last night I ordered takeaway at 3pm to be delivered st 7:30 pm as I was having friends over. At 8pm I called to see how it was travelling and the lady told me it was still Sitting in the shop. I then called at 8:45 still no food. And the lady on the phone laughed to another staff member. I have had yet another disappointing experience at Chong Co, making it the fifth time in the past year. It seems like they are cutting corners by not filling their containers properly, which results in slippery and partially filled orders. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer. Yesterday evening, I placed an order at 3 pm to be delivered by 7:30 pm for a gathering with friends. At 6 pm, I called to inquire about the status of my order, only to be told that it was still being prepared. We used to frequent Chong Co Belconnen regularly, but since it has closed, we decided to try the Gunghalin location. We were very disappointed. I ordered takeout, brought it home, and found that the container was only half full. Not only did they forget the tofu, but they also missed the extra tofu I requested. There was hardly any sauce or sweetness to the dish, and it was too salty. I had ordered the satay tofu and vegetables, hoping for a variety of flavors, but I was let down by the lack of variety.
Iam not sure if they think , they are serving food for free,,, I once had take way,,, lady was not particularly polite then on my second visit , i stepped in 8:45 pm on friday into a empty restaurant only to be told..., that they will only do take away's i was like really!!!!! and walked to Ginger n Spice on corner , who were more than welcome to have me

If you like cold food and parts of your order missing! You will love Chong Co!!! Very slow service, when we got out order home found we were missing items and also had cold soggy spring rolls. Not an enjoyable experience, we will not be eating here again.
The food was tasteless and gross. Veggies were raw, chicken under cooked, and sauce was disgraceful! Use to be a great place to eat, now its bland, tasteless and a massive waste of money.
First time I have eaten here and last. Meals were very basic and missing most of the ingredients normally found in the dishes we ordered. Will go to Thai Herb in Harrison in future!!
