Online order supported delivery Wokitup Kippax store to my location so placed the order, I then received a phone call from the Kippax store stating they could not deliver. I stated that is unfortunate as the website supported the order and requested they cancel the order. I was informed they were unable to do this as it was a Sunday and that I needed to write an email !!! I informed them that their website approved my $75.00 order and that yes with a family to feed I am expecting either confirmation as to the canceled order or the food to arrive. I was informed they would call the HQ to get somebody to call me. After waiting for 15 mins I called them back asking for an update, the reply was...
I was here tonight around 8.30 and I was served by the shift supervisor Emma. Even though they were obviously busy with both a rush of customers and closing duties, Emma got through the line very effectively, as well as being cheerful and enthusiastic. My meal came quickly, I left with a smile on my face and when I got home everything was delicious. Really good experience.
Went there last night, Easter Monday, they were extremely busy and short staffed, but the young lady behind the counter, who's name was Emma, did a remarkable job. The food took a long time to be made and there were people constantly entering the shop and ordering food. But Emma did her job with a smile on her face and was honest with all customers.
The female cashier was so rude. Her tone of voice and attitude that she had while serving us has to be one of the worst customers service experiences I’ve had in ages enough to make me complain about it at least! Won’t be going back, particularly to the Erindale store. They don’t wear name badges either so not able to name or shame.

The manager on duty on Monday provided exceptional customer service. She was courteous, friendly, and quite attractive - I wanted to ask for her contact information. I always enjoy dining at this restaurant and consistently place orders to-go.
The mi goreng at this restaurant is delicious and well-prepared. I was the first customer of the day and received the freshest ingredients and unhurried service. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend! Regards, @fooderarri.
The food was fantastic and the service was fast! The flavors were incredible and the portion sizes were generous. The prices were reasonable too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Will definitely come back for more!
Staff were really friendly and as we were confused since we hadn’t been there before, they helped us out by giving us a really good deal. Very good value for money and deffinently will be going back.

Very friendly service also very helpful. Nice seating inside and outside overlooking the lake. The food can be a bit greasy but that is in the nature of the cooking.
Great food. GF options. Great staff. Friendly owner. Lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the view of Lake Ginninddrra.
