I can say a lot about this hotel. I've stayed a number of times. Tldr they are the best of cheap hotels? However they would be the worst of midrange hotels.First off Kitty and the blonde girl with the accent are their best front desk people! Thank you!The problem is their customer service. It's almost never good with the exception of the two above. Their selling point is their price combined with decent rooms, hot breakfast, and pool access at least in the summer. My husband and I Booked this Inn for a weekend getaway w our kids. We paid extra for a room w a kitchenette, after seeing the photos online . Upon arrival it looked a bit sketchy, the parking lot had trash thrown about.My husband checked us in , I’ve worked in hospitality most of my life so I know how to inspect a room. I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’m extremely impressed or sadly disappointed. In this instance I’m sadly disappointed. The day of check in, we called ahead and asked if we could split the payment between 2 different cards when we got there. We were right next to the bank and could have switched funds if they couldn’t do that. We were told that it would be no problem. When we arrived, we were told that we could only put the security deposit that was never mentioned on a separate card but the cost of the room could only be on one card.A couple of days later we went and asked for new towels, they don’t replace them unless asked. A little bit of good service can make a big difference, but unfortunately, this hotel lacks that completely. We reached out to the staff several times for assistance with our broken toilet, but they showed no willingness to help or resolve the issue. The hallways always have a musty smell mixed with the scent of weed, indicating that the hotel is quite old and hasn't been renovated. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the hallways or the main dining area. While the rooms themselves are decent and meet standard expectations, the overall experience at the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Any positive review of this place must be fake. It was absolutely terrible. The smell was unbearable, prompting us to switch rooms. One light bulb in the shower was completely missing, leaving only holes in the wall where a mirror should have been. The Wi-Fi was practically useless, and the coffee was disgusting. Trash cans around the building were overflowing and filthy. I keep wondering why I didn't just leave! The only redeeming quality was that the towels were clean. I'm adding to my review: the only way to improve this hotel would be to tear it down completely.
The service was very good and the staff seemed very friendly. I loved the fact they had an indoor pool and a gym. Even though I didn't visit those, because I was on a business trip,now I know for next month when I go... I loved the spacious bed and room, very clean. I liked the breakfast bar. The one thing I didn't like.much is that I'm in the room, I only got one wash towel, and the little body lotion seemed it was used before.. that's not a bid deal! I will always stay here when I go to work!!Food drinks: I enjoyed the breakfast bar.
After an 8-hour drive, I rushed into the restroom only to find cockroaches as soon as I turned on the light. I was completely appalled and immediately left. It’s clear that this place has no regard for its guests or its business; it’s honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We tried to report the issue by calling and going downstairs. The gentleman who assisted us did provide another room, but overall, everything feels old and neglected. The bathtubs are particularly gross and covered in mold.
We have stayed here a handful of times when wanting to visit Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. You can't often beat the price and location! The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in mid-afternoon. The room was clean- nothing fancy but that works for me!My only suggestion would be at the breakfast, if it is open until 9am, please don't roll-away everything at 855. At least leave some coffee that we can grab! Other than that, good overall stay

Front desk people are very nasty I called about 10 times and kept getting hung up on when I was trying to call about my reservation. As a choice hotel employee myself I find the way they treat the guest is very unprofessional. They were trying to over charge me. Rooms are decently nice but they need better people working at the desk…..Rooms: Rooms have stoves and things in it to make it easier to make food
