Cordi Italian Bakery

If I could give 0 star I wood give this the worst experience with this bakery in 23 years in Canada. I ordered cake for daughter’s birthday to try new bakery cake after google review. I ordered chocolate cake with chocolate icing. They made with white icing and inside chocolate filling taste so bad eventually we throw away cake. When I call bakery manager she was so rude she said we 25 cake ordered so baker made mistake and said this the way we make cake if you don’t like cake that’s not my problem and she said I am busy I have to go and she can not do anything. She didn’t offer refund or offer other cake to apologize. She should not be manager. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

This was my second time at this Italian bakery. It's best to go early in the morning because you'll get everything fresh. There were quite a few people there on an early morning week day. I tried a canoli and it was delicious! Customer service was good. I definitely suggest going here to check it out.

Yummmmmmm. Excellent donuts and custard pies and buns... But don't bother with their croissants (they are basically buns not croissants, so sorry to say! ... Amazing food and prices in general. Lovely staff.

One of my favourite Bakeries for cold cuts, bread and fresh twist doughnuts. I been going there for 15 years and never had a bad experience.

Time after time, continually awesome! Always a chefs kiss. This place doesn’t need my review but I’m sending it anyway!! Love them!
