My family and I frequently dine at Costa Coffee in Poulton. The restaurant is consistently packed, making finding a table challenging at times. However, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. While Costa Coffee may not offer anything particularly fancy, it certainly satisfies the needs of its loyal customers. The variety of coffee options caters to even the most selective coffee enthusiasts, and the assortment of pre-made food is ample. The toast and marmalade, paired with a morning coffee, is a standout dish that shouldn't be missed.
The new manager at this restaurant needs to step up her game. The team working there is incredible, but the manager is not keeping up with their speed or high standards. She needs to collaborate with them in order to maintain the excellent reputation that the talented young team has worked so hard to build. Joe, Anthony, Kerry, Jo, and of course Craig are all amazing!
We regularly visit for some of the best made coffee in Poulton!! They make a brilliant soya flat white which I know can be hard to get right with soya but they certainly know how to make a good one!! Love it with the OPS blend. My wife always absolutely loves the skinny OPS flat white and describes it as her treat of the week!!
Love this Costa. Staff make this the best Costa around. Very very friendly and efficient, relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they truly deserve management recognition for their efforts. Always clean and tables are cleared quickly, queues dealt with as quickly as possible.

The coffee was decent, however, the teacakes never came even though the shop was very quiet. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other and taking phone calls. It's a shame really!
When shopping in Poulton we usually pop into Costa for coffee and a snack. the staff are very friendly and welcome you like old friends. The coffee is always good as are the pastries.
Prefer local cafes and wine bars in Poulton, tables often dirty, food overpriced and toilets leave a lot to be desired unfortunately
i think costa has got wonderfull staff is so friendly and helpful you can get a coffee and piece off cake and a sit down and relaxed

I only had coffee, but it was strong and creamy and full. Staff friendly. Clean and comfortable. The best coffee around.
The staff here seem more efficient than other Costa's I've visited so not as long to queue. Coffee always good
