I don't recall which Costco I stopped at but I'll link them all in this review. The Chinatown one is very busy and sometimes carries more Asian inspired products first but very understandable. They're very helpful here and I didn't have trouble navigating the store. My main Costco is in Glenview since I know where to get most items, they just can't keep apple juices in stock, the gallon version. I am not a fan of the Costco in Chicago on Fullerton store. It's always a mad house and it's smaller and no place for gasoline. It's very crowded and I don't feel comfortable there. I've only been to the Mettawa Costco a few times but it's always clean. I haven't been there since Covid started though...
The prices at this location are lower than those at the Costco we usually shop at in the city. Additionally, drinks are also more affordable here. As with all Costcos, it gets quite crowded on weekends, but I found that the people were generally friendlier and more considerate about not blocking the aisles. However, due to lower gas prices, the wait for fuel was excessively long. The layout of the parking lot made it challenging to exit easily. Still, I plan to return here to stock up on soda, water, and iced tea—those purchases alone make the trip worthwhile. I might consider visiting a different Costco, as I live between two of them. For the first time, I was told to go to the cashier instead of using self-checkout. There was only one person using the self-checkout, while the line at the cashier was quite long. I didn't want to wait any longer than necessary, so I politely told the young lady that I preferred to use self-checkout since I was essentially doing their job anyway. She told me that her manager, Ricky, didn’t allow self-checkout for customers. I didn’t want to argue, so I ended up waiting in the long line. However, I probably won't return to this location. We will go to our farm tomorrow. We need equipment to clean it and to plant some trees. Our workers are ready tomorrow so we went to this store to buy equipment. My husband pushed the cart while I led him to the location of the equipment. He will be the one to grab the equipment and put it in the cart. After that we went to the organic section to buy organic earthworm castings. It is very important on our farm. We also bought seed and fertilizer for our rice plant. Some staff help us to put the organic and feltzer in our car. Well they have a great service. We spend a lot of money on buying those. I'm glad that we bought everything we need here.

Heather, licensed optician, just helped me resurrect two pairs of glasses purchased at Costco. These glasses were probably 10 years old but still operational except for the fit. This review not only speaks to the durability of the frames, but also to the excellent service that comes with a purchase of glasses from Costco. Thank you for the options, Costco optical!
This is the hands down the best Costco around. Much better than the one in Lombard, where they are rude and it is too crowded and the parking lot is crazy. People here, customers and employees alike are nice and helpful. The store is clean and you can change your way, even if it is fairly easy to fill.
I bought a cake from Costco several times and never had a problem. They decorated but very badly my daughters graduate cake. It was very sloppy, and it seemed as if they rushed, although I noticed a week that there was politics at least 24 hours. Extremely disappointed
This Costco location is fantastic! The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. While the gas pump lines are long, they move quickly. However, accessing and exiting the store can be a bit challenging.
