3/21 Came by last night and ordered a meal and was offered a cookie for .99 cents i took that offer got home and took a bite off the cookie and thankfully i didnt take a deep bite cookie, it was very hard almost chipped my tooth no lie. Check your cookie before you leave the drive thru!3/22 Update: went to wendy 's for a meal and told the person at the drive thru about the cookie situation. Mark these words the lady said well.....yesterday was yesterday i cant do nothing about it . I drove up to the window asked to speak to a manager, the lady with the same accent said that she couldnt help and that i need to get with night manager, so i left with no cookie or refund.This wendy 's in my opin...
Could have been 5 stars, but the girl in the register has a small setting. I used a voucher and she dragged my order all the time and when she took the voucher... But the food is fresh and delish!!! So I think attitude and everything, I could still come here and hopefully someone else will be on the counter, especially when I use my coupons.
These lazy women made me wait to take my order for 5 minutes. It was slow no line ot no cars in the drive thru. All they were doing was gossiping talking about they're nails and drama in Spanish. From the old white female manager to the other okd mexican manager just talking and talking. LAZY and can't do they're job rigjt.
Food was disgusting. Bacon Cheeseburger with fat as bacon and full of grease. Chickennuggets undercooked. Stale fries and the soda was absouletly horrible tasting with only literally 4 ice cubes in the cup. Place was filthy. Never again. Dispicable.

They are very consistent here and always had the best cooked pommes compared to the other Wendy's on Harlem Madison. You are just a bit slow and sometimes you will forget stuff so make sure to check your order before you leave.
The service here is excellent; it's a significant improvement compared to previous visits.
Veronica and Jeanette could benefit from additional training in customer service.
Dry and overcooked. Asked for unsweet tea, got a cup to diabetes town.
