Very disappointed by the staff. To escape if you go to family. We went with family to this establishment, ordered 4 drinks and 2 pancakes for a total of 25€. My 5-year-old daughter doesn’t like the pancakes I allowed her to make 2 cakes in my bag. the waitress and the boss fell on me because it is unacceptable to give a cake to a 5-year-old child when there are pancakes for sale. for an establishment that advocates the 0 wastes they would probably have preferred to order a more crêpe that ends in the trash. We gave 5€ to compensate them 5€ that were accepted by telling us that it was not normal to give a cake in their establishment.
N’y allez pas avec vos enfants ! Le serveur s’est permis d’engueuler nos enfants d’une manière inacceptable, au lieu de venir nous demander d’intervenir. Notre plus petit à été traumatisé et on a dû partir sans prendre le dessert. Malgré les excuses du serveur, le mal était déjà fait. Les enfants ont le droit d’être des enfants, et c’est aux parents d’intervenir s’ils dépassent les limites de ce qui est permis. A moins que ce soit fait avec respect et bienveillance, ce qui n’a pas été le cas cette fois ci.

L’accueil y est toujours aussi parfait, l’amabilité de toute l’équipe est remarquable, et les plats sont aussi délicieux que généreux. Une adresse où l’on se sent bien, où tout est fait avec cœur.
