Cool restaurant/ bar in a very commercial area.You can walk here from most of the hotels on north side of the 417. All sidewalk or parking lot.Visited on a Tuesday night and it was fairly quiet with the atmosphere pretty laid back. But it sounds like this is the go to bar on the west end of Ottawa. Very close to Canadian Tire Center for pre/ post game hangouts.I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and would highly recommend. They have a good selection of beer on tap and bottled as well.Parking: Located within a outdoor commercial (mall) parking lot with other restaurants and hotels nearby

Comfortable cowboy atmosphere with friendly and outgoing staff (albeit, I was there around 21:00 and the place was far from full). Good bar service, and my food arrived quickly. I really enjoyed the food, and would go back again. The rib steak was very good (not served on their signature griddle stone for good reason) but what really wowed me were the sides. Even at the end of the day, the seasonal vegetables were crisp and varied, and the baked beans were proper Southern style, homemade, not from a can. It was a proper meal.

I HAD always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at crazy horse until the person I was with got coldly dress-coded for wearing a cut-off shirt by a male worker who didn 't bother telling us who they even were. No such dress code is advertised anywhere.The nice staff at Jack Astor 's next door had the pleasure of telling me (with a free side on the house) that they 're known to dress-code people on an interesting basis, amongst other things.So if you 'd like to enjoy your time there make sure you 're dressed like a nun!

Bouncer with a beard and attitude Saturday night was incredibly rude. It was freezing cold outside and he was charging girls $20 cash on top of a cover fee to skip the line… forcing everyone else to wait longer to enter. Even had the audacity to ask my fiancé if his winter boots were steel toe. We told him they were not and continued to step on his toes.

Fantastic time! Signal Hill (the live music) was absolutely fantastic! No a single did, all great tunes. Also happy to hear they do 20% for veterans (at least for food). Very busy and crowded, further testament to the level of entertainment offered. Wife and I will be back

Delicious steaks. We were from out of town and didn 't know it was bull ride night. So it was a tad loud and rowdy while having dinner. People pushing past our table and drinks being spilled everywhere. We will come back on a normal night.

Good food with good sized portions! Excellent staff. Went during a quiet time but it had a relaxing atmosphere.Parking: At least 50 parking spots within 5 minutes walking distance.Wheelchair accessibility: Close to the front door.

I really like this place. The atmosphere, the food just clicks with me. My personal favorite ribeye with fully loaded baked potato. Not cheap, but well worth the memories.Try their fish tacos too

Lunch was OK. Had the Philly Sandwich-spicy version. Does not open a minutes before noon. Music was loud with few patrons for lunch.Service was pleasant and attentive.

Food was great. Our server was awesome, very accommodating. Great selection on the menu. And the atmosphere is what makes this place!Parking: Plenty of free parking
