So at the relevant time, I went out the front to collect...delivery on a freezing Canberra night. Waiting, waiting, 30 minutes after the expected and notified delivery time, I phoned to see what was happening, to be told that the delivery would be here in 5 mins. It arrived 15 mins later, a whole 45 minutes after the time expected. I love the fact I can get decent salad and kids' pizzas here. Your food is really nice. However, a couple of orders ago a salad was forgotten and I had to wait for redelivery, Tonight one of the kids' pizzas was not what we...ordered. I called and apparently I have to call again next time to get a free kids' pizza to compensate. If you can get your service model sorted, you will do well. We are done trying though. Such a shame.
After ordering online and it saying it would take 50 mins, I was pleasantly surprised to find it arrive after 30! Slightly disappointed that the dessert that I was emailed about that would be free didn’t arrive. Abysmal food. Ordered a number of sides. The sliced chicken in one salad ended up being more like chicken crumble it was disgusting. The pear in the the other salad was translucent and definitely not right. Garlic bread cold in the middle and lamb...ribs also cold and not cooked properly. Go to another store, this one was terrible.

This is the worse Crust store in Canberra. $46 for two pizzas that barely had any toppings or sauce is beyond pathetic. If it was not late or far away I would have gone back to return these piece of **** and demand a full...refund because it is not on! For the love of Pizza please stay away from this place.
that was the worst pizza they ever were cold and dried out! they were not even delivered in a bag to keep them warm, so we ask ourselves how healthily they really are! for the prices they should calculate they are ashamed! we had too. cut it yourself because they were not cut.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. They were not very helpful. The pizza was the worst I have ever had, with barely any sauce on it. Do they really need to charge an extra $20 just to put a normal amount of sauce on a pizza?
It has been three hours since we placed our order and the food still has not arrived. I have called three times and received unhelpful responses. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering from this restaurant.

Absolutely ****!!! Disgusting service and useless as sweet f all. Don't bother wasting your money or time.
