Got 8 beef empanadas and 2 rice puddings but what sucks is I was driving home from a dr and wanted to call place order and you cannot speak to a live person, they send you a link to smart phone so I needed to pull over place order. Basically if calling from a flip phone or landline you cannot place order. I asked about this and was told this was set up from Covid and was not changing. I think this is a foolish thing. Of well not my business. Service: Take out

Really really disappointed with my take home order. Roast pork hero with extra cheese and maduros. No cheese whatsoever, and ONE maduro! This was basically a few strands of pork on a hero roll. I have ordered from Cuban Eddie's before and have never seen such little food for $11.32! AND I waited 15 minutes over the 20 they said it would be ready. They'd better step up their game or people will stop ordering.

Ordered pick up through the website. Portions were large and a good value. Empanadas were tasty. Loved the beef burrito. Only 5 dollars! I only could eat half. Enough for two meals. Glad to see a tasty restaurant with very reasonable prices for food still! Will be back for more Piccadillo and empanadas ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don't understand how your business runs when no one answers the phone. It's not the first time when you call to check on an order No one answers and the voicemail is always full. We've order food from Dumont many times without a problem. It's gotten to the point where it's not worth ordering catering order.
