I just tried to use a coupon I 've been holding onto like it 's gold for B1G1 deluxe butterburgers. The OWNER rung me up and first tried to say my coupon was expired , which it was not so he then said it felt fake like photo copied . ? My favorite culvers and I've been to a lot. I've been here so many times and it's always consistently delicious. Other culvers are inconsistent, sometimes their burgers aren't hot with melted cheese and dripping grease like they should be. But this culvers always delivers. Good chefs up in here. Maybe the best burgers you can buy are here at culvers. Delicious crispy crust on the patties but they're so soft and juicy at the same time
I ordered a double butter burger with cheese and a 4pc chicken tender. I received a double mushroom burger. I'm allergic to mushrooms. It's disappointing when it's raining outside, and I gotta go to another place to get food now. I didn't receive a receipt on my bag either, so I guess I have no proof. Guess that's a good $19 and change down the drain.
So food was excellent, first time trying Culver’s and it lived up to the hype. Only issue and reason for the non 5 star is because we ordered drive thru and when we got home we found out meals were missing that we paid for ? we should have gone through the whole bag before leaving but didn’t because it’s Culver’s and have only heard good things.

We travel from Europe to St Pete every year to visit family and always make a point to stop at this Culver’s.This particular visit, with exceptional service from a staff member named Cesar compelled us to give this 5 star review.Thank you for fantastic service, delicious food and a dining experience we always look forward to!
Thank you for only giving me half of my order. Culver's burgers are delicious, but it's important to have staff who know what they're doing. EDIT: And, of course, your response completely missed the point about only receiving part of my order. It's also a bit tone-deaf.
Fabulous food!! I had the walleye dinner. It was amazing!! Others had the double butter burgers with cheese, and they loved them!The French fries are excellent! Really good cole slaw. Great staff and service. Very clean. We will be back!!! YUM!!

The food was served hot and fresh. The restrooms were clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!
First timer here! Wish the chain was in Georgia. Loved it! Had walleye which is unavailable in Georgia.
