Unacceptable Workplace EnvironmentAs a family friend of a former staff member, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the workplace environment at Dairy Queen. My interactions with our friend, who used to work there, have left me deeply troubled by the ongoing harassment that young teenagers and young adults endure at the hands of a certain staff member.It is disheartening to learn that despite the awareness of the owner and managers regarding this issue, no meaningful action has been taken to address the harassment problem. Staff need to communicate to each other. I suppose I should always ask for my receipt but I have never been accused of trying to steal.What happened was I had picked out an icecream cake. The staff member took it to the back to write on it, while she was doing that another staff member cashed me out. When the staff member who wrote on the cake brought the cake to me she asked me to pay for it. When I explained that I had already paid she asked for my receipt. When I told her I didn't ask for my receipt she said she believed me (but in a way that made me feel like she thought I was lying). I have to give the staff a round of applause it was slammed tonight the drivethru took awhile but they never lost their cool with rude skip drivers and impatient customers they were very polite and my food was still piping hot after a 10 minute drive home I havent had a meal this good from a fast food place in along time years even and they even had a treat for my dog!

One of my favourite places to go when I feel so desperate and miserable and melancholy. I’ll have a flame thrower or Swiss mushroom and onion rings and chicken nuggets. No ice cream tho, cuz the size choice are ridiculous, I wish they have mini size blizzard like one bite or two bites size so I can monitor my calories intake. Reserva una mesa ahora

We are so lucky to have such great DQ owner/operators/staff in Waterdown. My daughter got to make her own cone and dip it at our last visit when it wasn’t very busy. Small things like this go a long way and give young ones super cool memories. Hats off to this team and location!

Was not impressed with the bathrooms. they have flushing toilets It shouldnt smell like hot outhouse.

Super friendly! I had someone go above and beyond when decorating a cake once. I was amazed.
