Unacceptable Workplace EnvironmentAs a family friend of a former staff member, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the workplace environment at Dairy Queen. My interactions with our friend, who used to work there, have left me deeply troubled by the ongoing harassment that young teenagers and young adults endure at the hands of a certain staff member.It is disheartening to learn that despite the awareness of the owner and managers regarding this issue, no meaningful action has been taken to address the harassment problem. Staff need to communicate to each other. I suppose I should always ask for my receipt but I have never been accused of trying to steal.What happened was I had picked out an icecream cake. The staff member took it to the back to write on it, while she was doing that another staff member cashed me out. When the staff member who wrote on the cake brought the cake to me she asked me to pay for it. When I explained that I had already paid she asked for my receipt. When I told her I didn't ask for my receipt she said she believed me (but in a way that made me feel like she thought I was lying). We are so lucky to have such great DQ owner/operators/staff in Waterdown. My daughter got to make her own cone and dip it at our last visit when it wasn’t very busy. Small things like this go a long way and give young ones super cool memories. Hats off to this team and location!

Excellent quality and lovely staff. Blizzards have plenty of toppings added and are mixed well right through the bottom. There's often a line up at this store but it's worth the wait!

Excellent service, food was fresh and hot, onion rings were perfect, fries fresh. Definitely worth the 2 for 9 burgers delicious.

Was not impressed with the bathrooms. they have flushing toilets It shouldnt smell like hot outhouse.
