Around 7pm on a Thursday had the drive thru girl get mad at me bc I didn’t wait until she was ready to take my order because “she was having a conversation with someone” not taking their order. She then proceeded to antagonize me by making snarky comments under her breath. After she gave me my last item I told her if she didn’t like customers she shouldn’t work there and she had a full on meltdown on me. Maybe she was having a bad day but SUPER UNNECESSARY AND UNCOMFORTABLE considering my ten year old was watching as she continued to try to get the rise she wanted out of me.I order from this Starbucks daily and spend over 50 dollars most times (this is an anon name). Most of the Starbucks locations I’ve been to are great but this one is the best. It’s 25 minutes out of my way but it’s worth the trip because the customer service is fantastic. The girls working the opening shift are always smiling and friendly, it really makes a difference for someone like me who wakes up grumpy and tired every morning! There’s also nothing like a perfectly made coffee to start the day… this location is so reliable and the staff is lovely. Can’t ask for better.
This Starbucks location has something special about it I must say. It’s very quiet and peaceful here if you want to enjoy some quiet time with your fav beverages.. The staff is very polite, professional and always go above beyond to make sure their customers leave happy. I love the fact that there is no drive through so it’s not loud and busy at all times. The facility is kept very clean and sanitized.. My absolute Fav location by far in Stoney Creek
I go to this location often to get my drink and to study. Upon entering I'm always greeted with very friendly staff, with great recommendations! The baristas are great and are able to craft the perfect and tastiest drinks made to perfection! The environment here is also always so enjoyable. Definitely the friendliest and most enjoyable Starbucks I have been to. Thanks for being so great ladies!
This is my favourite Starbucks. The service is great. Always clean. What makes it extra special, is that they have colouring books and activities kids can do while I drink my coffee in peace ; even in the summer they have chalk and jump rope for kids to play. Super cute!
