Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

Around 7pm on a Thursday had the drive thru girl get mad at me bc I didn’t wait until she was ready to take my order because “she was having a conversation with someone” not taking their order. She then proceeded to antagonize me by making snarky comments under her breath. After she gave me my last item I told her if she didn’t like customers she shouldn’t work there and she had a full on meltdown on me. Maybe she was having a bad day but SUPER UNNECESSARY AND UNCOMFORTABLE considering my ten year old was watching as she continued to try to get the rise she wanted out of me.I order from this Starbucks daily and spend over 50 dollars most times (this is an anon name). My experience was nice at my first visit to this Starbucks location. It is located adjacent to the Indigo store. But they have separate entrance. This store also has seating arrangements if you want dine in. I ordered a macha latte with oat milk and some chocolate covered almond snacks. It was bit busy at that time, but the staffs worked hard to make sure everyone's orders timely. They were nice and friendly to the customers. I would definitely recommend this place for coffee lovers.

This Starbucks location has something special about it I must say. It’s very quiet and peaceful here if you want to enjoy some quiet time with your fav beverages.. The staff is very polite, professional and always go above beyond to make sure their customers leave happy. I love the fact that there is no drive through so it’s not loud and busy at all times. The facility is kept very clean and sanitized.. My absolute Fav location by far in Stoney Creek

Really awesome spirited and refreshing store. One of the best out of many. I had a cappuccino with brown sugar syrup and it was perfect! I choose this location over the one down the street because they take too long to make things and I think they have management issues which I expressed to corporate. Keep up the great work guys! I WAS THERE THIS AFTERNOON AND I WAS HAVING COMPUTER PROBLEMS AND JUST A BAD WORK DAY.... JASHANTI AND HER CO-WORKER WITH THE BLACK GLASSES WERE ROCKSTARS.... VERY VERY HELPFUL TO ME AS I NEEDED TO MAKE A POST BEFORE 430 AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY ... THANK YOU SO MUCH.... ITS NICE TO STILL KNOW THAT THE WORLD STILL HAS FANTASTIC PEOPLE
