Food is either over cooked or not fully cooked. Mainly go for the Blizzards. The employee's are all teenagers unsupervised, no management around and careless with customers and service. If leadership was present you can't tell. Always a line and when you see what others have ordered, it makes no sense what the long wait was for.

The restaurant is always closed during business hours. It has really declined in quality. In response to the owner's reply: You say you have a family emergency, but you manage to respond to reviews within minutes? I run my own business, and we have staff who can handle operations, whether I'm there or not.

We’re thrilled to have a Dairy Queen in our hometown. Our experiences there are always enjoyable, and the ice cream consistently exceeds our expectations. A big thank you to the owner for her dedication to making this the top dessert destination in Northbrook, all year round!

The new ownership is terrible. Service is non-existent. It takes much too long to place and get an order. The workers are seemingly high schoolers, so I don't blame them. The owners need to staff this location better. I won't be coming back until they do. Reserva una mesa ahora

Due to religious restrictions, halal food only, I did not taste anything else other than ice cream. The chocolate coated cone ice cream was good. Also, tried the one with peanuts and it tasted good as well. Seating capacity was good; needed cleaning.

Made a phone order and was told it would be ready in ten minutes. When I arrived, even though there were no other food customers, they hadn't even started. And only started after I paid. Should have told me upfront.

If I could give this location zero Stars it would get zero Stars I waited 15 minutes in line order so slow I'm not coming here again I didn't even order my order I walked out
