This location should work on customer service to including being more attentive towards the customer. I was dealing with a server who had an attitude and was not quite attentive towards the needs of the table. The food was alright, the queso dip was underwhelming and the alcohol drinks were on the weak side. Overall, I don’t see myself hosting another event at Dave and Buster’s. It’s truly not a children’s venue for kids 8 and under, I believe it’s a fun place to patronize for tweens and teens.
While the wait for food can be lengthy and some of the games are often out of order, the service from the staff is wonderful on a good day. I've encountered a few minor issues with some employees, but overall, my concerns were addressed, and I received assistance. As a former employee and a regular customer, I have to say that I can't seem to stay away from the Capital Heights location. It's a fantastic spot, conveniently located, and you can't beat it if you're a fan of arcades.
D&B as usual, although a bit pricey, good quality gaming with ample time on each game. Food was delicious but waitress sucked! No enthusiasm, took FOREVER to bring the tab then forever more to come back for my card, which I tried to hand her when the tab was brought but no deal. Better service, 5 stars.
At the first moment you arrive in that place the stuff gives you a nice feeling. Very comfortable stuff, it is a lovely place to enjoy with friends or with your date. enjoyable cooking, experienced chief cook and stuff, honest pay and courteous service. Warmly recommended. Reserva una mesa ahora
The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean with fantastic restrooms. However, it seemed that wearing masks wasn't a rule they strictly enforced. I noticed a lot of younger patrons not wearing masks, which made me feel uncomfortable.
It was a great spot to bring the kids after hours. Other nearby places were at full capacity. With limited activities available due to Covid, D&B made sure to maintain social distancing by turning off half of the games.
I'd love to see hostesses overcome their personal issues when they come to work. If it's that bad stay home and spare us the attitude. We came to D&B to have fun not talk about the staff
The place is unappealing and has a strong smell of marijuana. The food is greasy and not appetizing. Many of the games barely function and consume more tokens than advertised. Reserva una mesa ahora
I really love this place so much and I enjoying playing the game and it's really nice to see including eating nice food and drinks. It is very beautiful place
