Ich habe Zöliakie und habe mich heute erkundigt, ob es möglich sei, glutenfrei Wild zu essen. Darauf bekam ich die äusserst unfreundliche und kommentarlose Antwort Non . In den meisten Restaurants ist dies hingegen heutzutage kein Problem mehr oder man gibt sich zumindest Mühe, glutenfreie Alternativen anzubieten. Sehr enttäuschende Reaktion!
