that was our first time here. I thought it was the building at the end of the st. pete pier. that wasn't it. building is not much to see. I have kept inward because I thought it was the other place. I should have asked to be outside when we are there. not too much inside. our server, lily, was wonderful. the Macadamia-crusted grouper was great and the drinks. the conse were ladies room was dirty. papier on the floor. right outside the bathroom was hostess standing with two employees and a manager frei chatting. I didn't want to interrupt her conversation. when it is time to lean, there is time to clean.
we had a fantastic lunch at doc ford. the buffalo shrimp was crispy, spicy and tasty and the paella was among the best I had with many fish and shellfish in an amazing broth. the garnel and grits are still my favorite entree at doc ford.
our meal was superb. Our table location was excellent, looking right out at the pier and Tampa Bay. Our server was phenomenal and checked on us frequently. A throughly enjoyable experience.
very good food and mojitos. server was very attentive. it would not recommend going to the prompt of the moment, as waiting times can be very long.

We were sat at at table where there was an air conditioning vent located exactly above us. We were very cold and moved ourselves to another table.
Visited on a Sat., afternoon. Never again. Waiter and food was great but it was way too noisy. Couldn’t hear my husband and vice a versa.
Very good food and good service. Wonderful view, but quite noisy. Overall still a great experience.
Beautiful location on the pier with lots of outdoor seating. Food was good and fairly priced.
