Pizza base was completely wrong to thick and doughy to much tomatoe sauce no toppings hardly.... cost nearly £30 and to top it all off the driver would not bring it to my front door! Would not come into the building no where on dominoes app or website does it say they cannot do this! I had a baby in bed asleep and I'm waiting for a hernia operation the whole reason I ordered food is because I'm struggling to leave my flat!! Wouldn't even let my older son go downstairs and collect because he wasn't 18.... **** joke will not be ordering again
I love me a dominos and especially this particular shop in hove. Always a prompt delivery and the delivery drivers are always so nice. Most of the time when I order there’s a baby sleeping in the house. The delivery drivers always read the delivery instructions and wait outside the door so I can open the door and not wake the baby. The pizza is always hot and yummy!
Used to run the store many years ago. Dough was under proofed and the product came with an incorrect label. The label is the only form of VAT receipt I was given, which was clearly wrong.. Went into complain and was treated like a fool... Shame on the new owners and their team.
The pizza was sitting on the side and was getting cold by the time I got it. I was waiting there for a good 10 minutes after it said it was ready! The staff seemed to be looking over me until someone finally noticed me waiting! The pizza was poorly made let alone it was cold!

I'm consistently impressed with Domino's Pizza in Hove! Their delivery and takeout service is always reliable and efficient. The pizza is consistently delicious, and the convenience of ordering from them is a true standout. Great job, Domino's Hove!
Shocking service, cross contamination all over the place, staff preparing food without gloves, sitting on benches playing in their phones and food packaging faulty. Never again. Avoid at all costs.
I have not received my order and they did not deliver the order to me and not get in touch with me advise you not to order from this store order from London road
Really terrible stuff, they don’t speak English they just give me the order and they didn’t lessen to what I said never come back they just so bad

I am so upset about the food i order 2 pepperoni rolls its should be 6 pieces instead it was only 5 and NO pepperoni inside
