Wheewwww Weeee!! Man! Let me tell you something. Dominos pizza is Amazing! But THIS LOCATION RIGHT HERE is TOP TIER! No joke, EVERY SINGLE specialty pizza or custom pizza I get is off the chain and this has been for like the past 4 years. The pizza dough and toppings are always extremely fresh and they literally make the pizza in 10 minutes. Like how do you get to my house that fast EVERY TIME? My friends have even told me how jealous they are that they don 't live by this location because our pizza is always picture perfect! Helped in everyway possible. Even though, in the beginning of our conversation, the manager thought i wanted to receive free pizza twice. This time the costomer was telling the truth. The promo code wouldnt go thru twice until i changed my information on delivery app. EVERYONE IS Happy now, and i am not a theif and dominoes knows that because order went through. Gonna call them now and explain why it happened. But like i said the manager was very helpful even though it looked as if i wanted another free pizza on one promo coupon. . . Thank You dominoes for being respectful and helping me.
I usually place my orders online, but on Sunday night, the weather was really bad and my internet connection was unreliable. So, I opted to call in my order instead. The woman who answered was friendly, but unfortunately, they made a mistake and forgot one of the pizzas. When I called back to ask about the missing pizza, it took almost 40 minutes to get it delivered, and I had to call twice! It was quite frustrating! To top it off, we didn’t receive the marinara sauce we paid for. Overall, this was not one of my better experiences at this restaurant.
Last Post, I order this pizza at least once a week. There are several places near my house, but I feel like Pelham usually does an exceptional job. However, my last visit was quite disappointing; the pizza was poorly prepared. I didn’t send it back because of COVID concerns, and I don’t hold it against them, as I believe it was just an off day! Instead, I’d like to share some of my previous orders to showcase their usual quality. #WisconsinSIXCheese

I loved getting Domino's from this place when I was growing up, but I feel like they've lost some of their quality over the years. When I order online, they don't even ask for my name, and when I go to pick up my food, they seem unsure about what to give me, so I end up having to repeat my order.
Absolutely love our Pelham location!! With kids, we order pizza on a regular basis. Delivery is always quick and the drivers that come out always show up with a smile on their faces and are super nice. Highly recommend this location for sure! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
This location is the best location to make shops, since food is always fresh, hot and tasty Most staff are respectful and the customer service is a plus. They are very busy because of the satisfaction of their services. I will definitely recommend this place.
Dear Pelham Dominos! They are always beautiful and polite, not to mention the only place open after 8:00! The location in Alabaster closes its lobby by 9, so we always go to Pelham. Easy online order! I order was right and hot, whether ordered in or online!
