I can see the recent bad reviews here and most are related to customer service and delivery. For me, I did pickup carside delivery and it was not bad. I had to wait for over 5 min, and then a worker came out to my car for the delivery. They seemed to be busy that night and apologized. Picking up at this store is not that bad especially if you order online the app sucks). I can't speak for delivery probably really bad I'm guessing). But, food was made perfect and was delicious!
I can't help but think that this lady either had a bad day or is simply not very friendly, but it was the worst experience I've had when ordering pizza. To be honest, I felt terrible; I hadn't done anything to warrant such hostility in her service. There wasn't even a manager available to speak with. Given this experience, I work nearby but I know I'll never go back here.
they’re so good! really clean establishment, friendly staff and they make the pizza so well: not sure why ppl are being so rude with their reviews-i have not had a single bad experience here in the 5 years we have been customers. and my orders get pretty confusing sometimes!
This Domino's deserves a five-star rating. With excellent staff like Robert and delicious food, there's no reason it shouldn't rank higher. Robert ensured that we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be returning to this location. Highly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora
Ordered two pizzas today. One with extra sauce, diced tomatoes, roasted red pepper and pineapple! Prepared fast, just as ordered and it was truly the best pizza I EVER had! And the staff were very friendly. Go Newtown Domino’s!!
This is the best Domino's I've ever ordered from. They are consistently professional and polite. I've never had a negative experience with them. These staff members truly deserve every tip they receive from their customers.
The food here is outstanding, and the new manager, Wayne, is incredibly skilled. I'm definitely planning to come twice a week, so get ready to see me often!
