Donatos Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I ordered 45 minutes in advance for two pizzas (one gluten free crust) and one sub. After sitting in the drivethru for 15 minutes and finally getting to the window (now 10 minutes after my pickup time), I was informed the pizzas are in the oven and I would have to come inside.I went inside, where I was met with 14 other people waiting on orders, yes I counted. The cashier was polite, and I can't blame her for someone else's problem.20 minutes later, I was finally given the order.The order did not contain the gluten free crust that we ordered, so unfortunately my wife was unable to eat any of the order.I would suggest the manager turn off accepting new orders for 30-60 minutes so they could c...

The pizza at this restaurant is pretty good, but the famous thin crust is not as thin as expected. The cheese is gooey and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the robust flavor of the sauce. The pizza is cut into thin strips, which is different but perfect for children. The cinnamon sticks are also quite tasty, with more cinnamon instead of the usual icing. Even an hour after cooling, the dough was still soft and chewy. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not in my area of New York, so I cannot visit often, but I highly recommend it to those in the area. The prices are reasonable, and utensils, plates, and condiments are provided for free.

I attempted to place an order through the restaurant's app, which I have used successfully in the past, but it would not process my payment and instructed me to call a phone number. When I called, the person I spoke to informed me that they could not honor the $10 discount I had applied online. I was able to place an order at a different restaurant and the payment went through right away. It was frustrating that the app didn't work, but another establishment was able to process my payment without any issues.

In the past number of years it seems that not all Donato's locations hold to the high standards for which they are known. This particular location in Hilliard, however, has never disappointed to provide excellent pizza every time. Highly recommended. Reserva una mesa ahora

If I want extra items on my sub, who are you to tell me no. I can only double up on 1 item on the whole thing? Reality check, your subs have a pour ingredient to bread ratio. I'm done with you till it's fixed.

Second time I asked for the double meat to be hot and it was was not, also iwas supposed to have credit from the last time and the store needs to issue that. Didn't know that they used a call center.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful when I had a small issue (which was my fault, not theirs). I highly recommend dining here!

Every time we try to give this Donatos another try the mess everything up. Food is always burnt or undercooked not sure how that happens and they can never get the subs right. Reserva una mesa ahora
