Dosa Cafe - Reservar una mesa

Disappointing. Wine was nice and bought two glasses. Tiffin Kofta very stodgy and sauce bland. Naan was burnt. Restaurants complain that people rant on trip advisor and don't tell them directly. I told the waiter it wasn't very nice;;; no response, at all. I pay $8.50 weekly for infinitely better takeaway. I'm in Hawthorn for business every two weeks. Won't be back and won't be taking colleagues.

We enjoyed our earlier experiences at Tifin Room so much that we took our team for dinner. The staff were really obliging booking the whole room for us and then serving a series of delicious dishes. They even catered really well to our diversity of dietary requirements with no problems. They seem to really care about the quality of the curries they produce.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The curries are subtle and delicate dishes rather than hot and uniform, and while this may disappoint some it actually opens up a vocabulary of subtle and beautiful food. Staff are really friendly and helpful, portions were generous and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Highly recommended.

The Tifin Room is a quiet and small fancy restaurant in Hawthorn. I tried roti and butter chicken which has a very unique taste. My experience with the service was great.

Found this restaurant by accident and what a great find. The food was delish, some of the best Indian food I have had in a while. Well worth the visit.
