You order from an app and the food comes pretty quickly. They didn’t have the fried buns because they ran out of stock, which was very disappointing because they make those really well. However. that made us try the pan, fried beef cake as a substitute, which turned out to be extremely good!! XLB are standard staples and the braised beef noodles soup warms you up in the winter. I’ve been to many dough zone locations and this one is the worst. The staff are very inexperienced and rude. Ordered take out and I asked two different staff to check on my order and both told me it’s not ready. I waited another 20minutes during which time no one checked on me. when I finally asked another staff and my order has been ready and sitting there the whole time. I’d recommend avoid this location especially during busy lunch or dinner times.
This is for a take out order. I am thinking if we ate in that we would have enjoyed the food more. The noodles were completely stuck together and seemed to be overly salted. The portions were much smaller than expected and the two very different noodle dishes we ordered tasted very similar so I'm even wondering if they mixed up the order. We are going to try again dining in next time as we were very happy with the buns!
The xiao long bao (XLB) was decent but not hot enough. The Dan Dan noodles were tasty but a bit too spicy and rich for my liking. The boiled pork dumplings were likely the highlight of my meal; they were great when dipped in the table sauces. The street pancake was somewhat crispy but far too dry; I had to stuff it with dumplings and noodles to make it palatable. The service felt quite impersonal.

I've been in Shanghai for 10 years, and I found the portions here to be a bit on the small side, but overall, the experience was quite enjoyable. The Jianbing Guo Zi (with Crisps) was a bit too eggy for my taste and not what I was accustomed to. However, the dan dan noodles were authentic and very tasty. The Chicken Soup Dumplings (6 pcs) were also excellent!
I absolutely love this restaurant! I could never get enough of their Dan Dan noodles and the chicken wontons in hot and sour soup. And don't get me started on the sweet and sour cucumbers—they're so tasty! The service is swift and efficient, and it's such great value for the price.
The Q-Bao (Pan-Fried Pork Buns) (4 pcs) were somewhat disappointing. However, the Chicken Soup Dumplings (8 pcs) were fantastic, as were the Noodles with Onion Soy Sauce. The prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, but it’s still worth it.
Soup dumplings were solid! Other dishes were ok ???????? nothing to spectacular but overall a decent place to grab some dumplings if you have the craving. Ordering is done via your phone though toast which makes it nice and easy.

Great service and great food! Really good for both big parties and small dishes. A lot of their dishes can be single servings. The service is super fast and it’s really easy to pay online.
The kale sesame salad and dan dan noodles are my favorites! The portion sizes are just right and the prices are very reasonable!
