PROS: This Dunkin probably has the nicest staff in it. When i came here they were always cheery and eager to serve us. They were open late once and they gave us the donuts they were gonna throw out for free! The place is always clean and the line moves fast here CONS: They are on a really bad intersection. It's almost a nightmare coming in and out of the place OVERALL: If you wanna stop in and grab a quick bite to eat then yes, do so when it's not rush hour. During rush hour and you're asking for it
When they first opened, the service was excellent—happy and attentive staff. Unfortunately, it has gradually declined significantly. On my recent visit, there were seven people behind the counter, all chatting away while no one made my sandwich. I eventually had to remind them that I was still waiting for my food. The employees here are quite frustrating. This will be my last visit to this location; I recommend going to one of their other locations instead.
This was the best Dunkin around and they CLOSED! They staff was always friendly and polite; they were clean and well organized. The parking lot at the bank next door had signs allowing Dunkin customers to park there, so if you wanted to avoid the difficulty of exiting anywhere but south from the main lot, you could. I have been friendly with them for decades, this is actually upsetting as there was no warning and no chance to say, Goodbye and thank you .
Stale and miniscule donuts. This is the second time I have used this DD location. I was disappointed as the donuts were stale on Sunday morning at 8:30am. Dunkin donuts seems to cut down the size and sell stale donuts at a higher price.

It's a typical Dunkin, sorta. Too many times I've visited here and the selection of donuts had been almost non-existent. The parking lot wraps around the building and it can be tricky to get onto Midland Ave when it's busy.
Friendly staff that knows the locals and what their orders are... The only thing missing is them screaming Norm , every time someone walks in like they did in Cheers.
I experienced long wait times, and I received the wrong order. However, the manager was quite courteous and gave me my drink.
They don't seem to know how to prepare the iced coffee drinks as they advertise.
