I've been visiting this location almost daily for years because it's conveniently close to my home. Unfortunately, I've noticed a significant decline in both service and food quality since they opened here after the other location closed. The drive-thru service is particularly lacking; even when there's no one else in line, it takes ages for them to respond at the speaker. I often place mobile orders for my usual items, yet they still manage to get them wrong. The staff turnover is alarmingly high, with new employees almost every time I come in. The few competent staff members don’t seem to stay long, leaving me questioning whether anyone is actually paying attention to the orders.

hit or miss. they’re usually slow but the drive thru is also just very busy so it’s not fully their fault. haven’t had too many problems with orders being wrong, and the staff is usually pleasant. not friendly but not rude either. although there is one girl who I believe is new who won’t even look at you, hands you your food or drink with her head facing forward and doesn’t say a word. I avoid if possible when she is working.
I've been trying to change my opinion in this dunkin donuts for years now since it opened. My orders always come out wrong. I've had unpleasant experiences with the employees there before with such attitude and miserable demeanor. My best advise go to the DD on Jericho Tpke in Mineola both of them always give great service, and make amazing coffee.
The staff is generally quite rude, but Megan truly stands out. She listens attentively and makes fantastic coffees that truly satisfy! She's the main reason I keep coming back; otherwise, I wouldn't bother. If she's working, I always make sure to get a great coffee from her! I'm really grateful that Megan is so friendly and well-organized!

Dunkin DO-NOT go to this place. Coffee was terrible! If I had a choice between losing 15 games of League or drinking this coffee, you bet I would be feeding the other team as Akali. Save yourself some money and time on the can and try the Starbucks or even the other Dunkin’ Donuts in Mineola- that’s the real Dunkin DO-nuts.
Staff is overall rude but Megan is really wonderful. She is polite listens and makes great coffees as to your satisfaction! She is only reason I go there otherwise I wouldn’t bother. If she is working then I will go to buy a great coffee from her! Thank you Megan for being so kind and caring!
This is the worst latte EVERRRRR. The coffee tastes burnt and it makes for a nasty latte. My husband got the same and he agrees. This Dunkin needs an overhaul in both with how they make coffee and the manager guy needs to learn to talk nice to people.
The posted hours indicate that this location is supposed to close at 10 PM. However, at 9:45 PM tonight, the employees closed early and were seen simply hanging out on their cell phones. This behavior is quite unprofessional.

Megan is absolutely charming every time I visit! Every Dunkin' should have an employee like her! I go out of my way to stop at this location because it always brightens my day!
