I visited on 7/31. Received a over buttered big and toasty. I called the number on the website and it went to a voicemail. I left a message but no one called me back. I retrun today( the next day) only for me to first see the front cashier taking cash and he did not change his gloves in between transactions. When I made it to the register, I was told the manager had gone to the bank and he was the only one able to give me a refund. I was told I could wait 15 for him to return( at that time it was 11:20) or they could give me something else. Why would I get something else when I have seen you practice horrible hygiene practices during this pandemic era. I waited in the lobby 15 minutes. So at...
I really wish this Dunkin' would fill my drink all the way. I've visited multiple times, and each time I receive my matcha latte, there's a 1 to 1.5-inch gap at the top. It’s quite frustrating that this keeps happening repeatedly. Plus, their new mobile order drive-thru system is confusing and doesn’t actually speed up the process—the line still moves slowly.
None of the employees are wearing proper face coverings, yet they are still serving food. When you try to address this with them, they lie about refunds and receipts until you have to insist they call the police. It's really concerning. I wouldn't recommend visiting this Dunkin' unless you're looking for a Covid exposure!
I went through the drive-thru to pick up some doughnuts for my family for later. I ordered 3 Bavarian, 3 glazed, 3 jelly, and 3 blueberry. However, I ended up with 3 cream-filled doughnuts instead of the Bavarian ones, and 2 jelly doughnuts that didn't have any jelly in them.

This situation is amazing! My friend and I originally went to Starbucks, but their dining room was closed for Covid-19 precautions. We loved it! The staff was friendly and prepared our delicious drinks quickly! All employees also wore masks. We will definitely visit again!
We couldn't place an order because the staff had accidentally locked themselves out of the restaurant. This raises the question of why both employees were outside to begin with. Due to this oversight, I'm giving a 1-star rating since I was unable to order.
Good except for the last time I was there, I asked for a certain donut, and was refused bc they didn't have any made, yet they didn't close for another 5 hours and couldn't give me (the customer) what I wanted
My drink was excellent and prepared quickly. I must say, it was so delicious that it disappeared in just ten minutes, and it was a large!
