We had a pleasant experience inside the restaurant. The cashier was friendly. However, we observed some concerning actions at the drive-through. The employee reached for a muffin on the top shelf, but instead of taking that one, she reached for the next one and placed her shirt sleeve on top of the first muffin in order to reach the second row. When we mentioned this to our cashier, she simply took the contaminated muffin out and put it in a bag. My friend didn't see the issue, as he has never had food and beverage training. It's important to be aware of hygiene practices, as what is on the employee's sleeve could potentially make someone sick. It's concerning that some people are not proper...
Dunkin' Donuts is the worst in all of New England. The service is extremely slow, causing customers to drive away frustrated from waiting. I waited nearly 25 minutes (no exaggeration) just to get two drinks. The staff should pay more attention to customers leaving and management should hire employees who are motivated to work. If you're thinking of stopping at Dunkin', it's better to keep driving and find another place. The food and drinks are good, but the service at this location is terrible.
The Dunkin' located at Rt 138 I-95 in Rhode Island was terrible. The African American female manager was rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant. This behavior does not reflect well on the Dunkin' brand. She even slammed the window in our face and threatened to call the police over a small order of 2 coffees and 10 munchkins. Very disappointing experience on October 8, 2023 at 11:50 am for Jim's takeout service.
I arrived at 1050 am I didn't get my coffee until 1120. I sat at the window for 10 min while my coffee was still being made after waiting With an online order. On top Of that the little girl that they had working at the window was really rude. So was the old lady behind her who was yelling stuff at customers because she was frustrated inside. This Dunkin' Donuts in Waterford is the best out of the three locations. It is quick and efficient, and they typically have everything in stock. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5.

I went to this restaurant for a morning coffee, but the hot caramel latte was quite cold and didn't taste very good. The staff was friendly, though.
