This restaurant is a complete disappointment. It's the third day in a row that they've messed up my order. I ordered an avocado pesto grilled cheese and specifically asked for no tomatoes, but what I received was just a slice of bread with pesto and a piece of cheese that wasn't even melted. I also ordered a wake-up wrap with egg and cheese, but instead, I got a tortilla with melted cheese. When I requested five mini munchkins, I ended up with a bag of bacon. I asked them to cut a sandwich into three pieces for my three little kids in the car, and they only cut it in half. What am I supposed to do with that? As a local who has been here for the past two years, I can confidently say that this Dunkin' has never let me down. The customer service is consistently excellent! The young employees, along with the rest of the staff, always prepare the tastiest coffee. I can always count on my coffee and food to come out exactly as I like it. It’s important to show some appreciation to the food workers; this place is always quick and delicious, and the staff is friendly. Service: Dine in.

Poor customer service for some odd reason they never get our order right , obviously if I'm paying for my item I'm going to ask for what I ask for , I've been in food service for 8 year and know the importance of customer service, getting upset because you got the order wrong it's not the customer fault there for attitude is definitely not necessary. In the morning, one might expect the service to be slow, but it’s quite the contrary. There were many cars in front of me, yet it felt like it took only about 2 minutes to receive my breakfast and be on my way. The staff was surprisingly polite and very friendly towards customers. Their selection of donuts is getting less and less... I need to find another donut shop now. Their little croissant sandwich was wayyÿyy overpriced. I don't know if I'll get it again. They are independently owned franchises operated. However, I applied to work at DSC, the distributor for the Illinois area, and was met with Racism. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
