I had two very disappointing experiences at Dunkin' due to the negative attitude of the staff. One incident involved an employee openly criticizing me to another staff member while I was in the drive-thru. The blonde employee with glasses was particularly rude when taking our order. Unfortunately, she isn't the only one with this attitude. I've also seen employees smoking right outside the entrance and arguing with customers, which shows a lack of professionalism. I would recommend visiting the location just down the street instead.

Had 2 of the most awful experiences there involving poor attitude from the staff. One incident involved an employee literally bad mouthing me to another employee right in front of me in the drive thru and the awful attitude from the blonde employee withglasses. How she asked for our order was incredibly rude and she?s not the only one. Between the employees smoking right infront of the door arguing with people and the lack of professionalism I would just tell people to go to the one less than a halfa mile down the street.

Gildis should be ashamed of himself raising the prices as much as he has considering he's the richest man on his island in Portugal and owns every Dunkin' donuts on bridge Street so your forced out of your way to avoid his stores. It is also soawkward and unprofessional to have the kids at the window ask you five times if you want your change after paying $3.50 for asmall coffee, Yes I'm sorry I need my 50 cents now, they're desperate attempt to keep your change tells me he obviously is notpaying his employees well either

Gildis should be embarrassed about the significant price increases, especially since he's the wealthiest man on his island in Portugal and owns all the Dunkin' Donuts on Bridge Street, making it hard to avoid his locations. It's also quite awkward and unprofessional when the staff at the window repeatedly ask if you want your change after paying $3.50 for a small coffee. Yes, I do want my 50 cents now. Their insistence on keeping your change suggests that he’s probably not compensating his employees fairly either. Reserva una mesa ahora

Terrible experience! There’s a blonde girl at the counter who gets my order wrong every single time. She always seems confused, with her mouth hanging open, and it appears she either doesn’t know what she’s doing or just doesn’t care. The coffee is almost $5 a cup, and she brushes it off with laughter—I don’t find that amusing at all. Why do I have to have my coffee remade three times? It’s already frustrating enough to have to get out of my car. I really think she needs to improve her performance!

I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin' and I won't be going back. Most of the staff were quite rude and appeared to be dissatisfied with their jobs. I was even yelled at while using the drive-thru, and I overheard employees making unkind comments. I ended up leaving twice due to the awful service. This is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I was harassed by an older patron in the dining area who made rude comments towards me. Are you kidding me?! This was the worst experience I've ever had in a public setting, and I will never go back. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place and not waste their time or money!

What?s the point of doing a mobile order to ?skip the line? and then you can?t even open the door and have to wait in the line anyways? stupidity Reserva una mesa ahora

Every time I place a mobile order to pick up in the store, the lobby is closed, forcing me to wait in their absurd drive through line.
