I've always loved Dunkin but just had to give a 5 star rating to the Groton Dunkin!Staff are great and drinks are always on point! Had a small issue with food not being hot once and I was a bit apprehensive to address it in fear of some grumbles and attitude but, the staff couldn't have been nicer! They made us fresh HOT sandwiches and told us to take the others home to heat up for later. That was some excellent customer service and much appreciated!
It’s a really good coffee shop, at first some of the new employees didn’t know how to make certain drinks but over time they learned and mastered it. It’s not as boujie as Starbucks but it’s cheaper than getting a venti for $7 when you can get a large for $4-5. I recommend the Matcha Latte, Vanilla Bean Coolatta, and Chai Latte if you’re looking for something new and refreshing for a hot day during the summer.
groton ny main street business, midday. no other customers there, but female workers took their sweet time to take to theke to take my order. I ordered a bouston cream donut coffee. donut was the half of the previous size. coffee tasted burned. she just shredded her shoulders away when I mentioned the problems.
I absolutely love this coffee shop. They have great service, delicious coffee, and tasty food options. I highly recommend visiting this place in Groton and choosing your favorite items from the menu. Reserva una mesa ahora
I waited in line for 15 minutes to get my food. I ordered croissants. I only saw two people working, and they were handling all of the drive-thru orders. There were six cars waiting behind me.
okay, it would have been better, but wow. not only was I allowed to stand on the switch for 15 minutes, but within these 15 minutes I did not see one, but.
I ordered a small ice cream with the roasted white chocolate, liquid sugar and saw. When I received it, it didn't see any cream in it. I asked.
