This place is absolutely horrendous. My cast and I had just finished our musical and we wanted to go out for a celebratory snack. We were all exited and prepared to eat delicious ice cream. The entire cast drove all the way to dunkin when we realized the doors were closed. The lady inside would not let us in even though the it says on the door that it should be open. We tried to get her attention and she began recording us without consent! She came out the door and flipped us off. Very rude! Then she proceeded to swear and yell at us! Inappropriate and violent! She even called the police on us!!! We were VERY disappointed and upset with this interaction. Some of our younger cast was even bro...
Our group of young actors and actresses all visited here tonight after the show and were locked out. The girl inside was extremely nasty and she called the police on us. Then she came out the backdoor yelling at us and flipped off all of us. I've been in management for over 20 years and this was the worst I have seen. Not only that, she was video recording minors without the parental consent. She was recording them on her cell phone and not through the company camera system. That's why this business just lost about $3000.00 in business. Used to go here before, but never giving them another cent of my money. The worst order ever! I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this store disappointed me so much. I’m 9 months pregnant and I was craving my favorite Vanilla Chai Latte no foam. Well the taste was there but there was foam and the only thing that was warm was the cup. My husband ordered a large HOT chocolate, well it was not HOT and it was water not milky or chocolate. What they gave us was brown water with no taste of chocolate at all. Also we ordered a Large and they only filled it up to the middle like they had no more hot chocolate and they just gave me the last of what they had. Never again!!! I’m disgusted ?
This place is terrible. My daughter and her friends came here after a musical that they performed. When we got there the very rude employee refused to let us in even though according to the hours it was open. Then she recorded the children without consent. She later came out the back door, started yelling at us, and even flipped us off! I am absolutely disappointed and upset!

When a group of students went to order, an employee decided there were too many of them and proceeded to flip them off, curse them out, and call the cops while recording them. Terrible service.
After the musical we went to Dunkin for a celebration then a lady flipped us off sayin to go home and not letting us in and it was 8 and closes at 10
Short wait time for the drive thru, cashier was nice and very helpful. I recommend this place for fast and accurate service.
