If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I chose to visit because it's conveniently located near me, but each time I've ordered, there's been an issue. On my last visit, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes after I checked in for my order, even though I was only 20 minutes away from my event. There was no line or anything to explain the delay. To make matters worse, my sandwich didn’t have any cheese on it. The meat tasted oddly greasy—like it hadn't been refreshed in a while. Hello everyone, please pay attention. The establishment in question is Jerry Leonard's, not Eddie Leonard's. What is going on with these people? We considered taking legal action. The service was rude and the place was quite dirty, not to mention unprofessional. Please take my advice and stay away. Everything felt fake and misleading.
not back. if you see a white person who reviews (no opense) his fake. this place is in the hood. a boom. the lady looked at me. I think she waited for me to say my order.2 the price in the menu does not fit what they actually load.3 they give themselves fake reviews.4 eating does not go back.
I ordered a sandwich with cheese, but when I got home, there was no cheese on it. I had to add my own, which was really disappointing. When I called back to address the issue, the guy just laughed and didn’t seem to care. I won’t be going back to this place.

rude on the phone, food was ok. didn’t eat the chicken though it didn’t look cooked all the way through. I even picked thru a few more pieces just to see if it was just that one. but it was all of them.
i order my food at 9:02pm and its 11:10pm i called up to the place many of times . They answered the phone at 10:30 an said my food was on the way and it haven’t came and it’s almost midnight.
I certainly like the food and customer service, great location to my home. The staff members are always helpful. I highly recommend this place.
Had a fantastic experience here with my son. The food comes fast and the customer service is just great. Prices are affordable.
