We've been a few times. The first was when the they had just opened and we had a great experience. Thought we had found a new go to spot for good Mexican food. The next two times the experience was hideous with today's being the final straw. The food is slightly above mediocre but not bad. The service was horrible. The drink from the bar at $18 was a watered down margarita that a college freshman would have done better at mixing. To top it off, 20% was automatically added to my bill which was for a party of 2! I tried to stick around to watch the entertainment when the lady a few booths away from us finally got her check she had been asking about for the last 20 minutes but after another 10...
As a family, any other time , we go out ; just to have a good time . We used to come to El Asadero . Since they opened. It used to be a good service and fun . But it became boring . The waitress are very unfriendly . We all asked for tacos but one of the orders ;was just not looking appetizing ; we nicely asked the male waitress ; to have a different order of tacos . He didn?t even apologize; all he said ; I can?t take it out of your bill ; because you ordered . So my husband said . Yes bring my son what ever he?s asking for and Don?t worry about the other order of tacos ????. I just don?t think , the answer he gave us ; was appropriate for a customer .
This place was okay. Nothing really special about it besides that it looks nice and they had the bull riding machine. We barely saw our server and it took some time for him to even come back to us. We noticed he kept going back to his other tables but barely came back to us as. We had to ask the other people for assistance before he came back to us. They also don't do substitutions on any of their meals, so if you don't want potatos and want more broccoli u can't do that. You have to order an additional side which I found weird. They also have a mandatory 20% gratuity so be mindful when you are paying. Food was okay but service was subpar to us.
VERY fast service! The place is big and service is premo. Definitely impressive. Very loud and happy atmosphere. Apps were smallish. Cecina enchalatas was deconstructed. Would have been better all together. Premium margarita was good for $12. A little too much ice. Tacos are good

Great experience. Wow what a big place. Tacos were great but my one dish was a little over cooked. It was served in a heated Molcajete which kept cooking the meat. My bad. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
