On the positive side, the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere that captures a traditional Mexican vibe, enhancing the overall dining experience. The menu features a variety of Mexican dishes, and the flavors were reasonably good.
However, the biggest issue was the excessively long wait for our food. Waiting over an hour is simply unacceptable, especially on a weekday, and it greatly diminished my enjoyment of the meal. It’s an issue the restaurant needs to address quickly. Perhaps the kitchen was understaffed that day, but such long wait times are hard to overlook.

Great restaurant. Inattentive and poor service. After a long delay we were told to the pork for the tacos we ordered that it was not good and they could not serve it. We canceled the Tacos order. Beef used for Fajitas was of very poor quality, badly boiled a fatty. No taste or spice. Rice and beans served cold, waiters brought what he said was a new portion. The probably new portion was to the point of drying the rice completely and heat the beans to the point that they burned your mouth. Stale and bad flavored beans. Sauce for chips tasteless, basically an orange, watery salsa. The Salsa Verde we requested is not much better. Chips OK. Place is dirty, noisy and aged. Doesn't belong in Glen.
Had a great time here after work. I would highly recommend trying them out. Keep in mind it's a bit pricey and it gets very busy so it's hard to get attentive service.The staff is great but they need more employees to deal with larger crowds.Some food was amazing like the guacamole which tasted fresh with the right mixture of ingredients. The ceviche was missing something and the tacos Al pastor were disappointing but it was a busy night so I would try them again. Overall a great place.
Our reservation has not been honoured. The restaurant guest did not even have access to a computer to search for my open table reservation. He sat two tables before us, both without reservations. There were no more open tables. I asked the manager to see, but after more than 10 minutes we'll wait. Terrible experience.

I waited 20 minutes just to get our drinks. There were no chips, no salsa, no nachos, and the draft Pacifico that was listed on the menu wasn't available. I also ordered corn tortillas, but they were never brought to us. It took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The service was shockingly poor.
Really cut size parts and made mistakes when ordering appetizers to dinner Also a broken glass with my drink in it. Waited on our server and finally came a guy and asked if we needed something and we said the service would be nice. Quality and quantity have decreased and I will not go back soon.
REALLY good food here! Mar Y Tiera dinner, Queso Fundito and the shrimp cocktail appetizers are standards when I go. The base margarita is REALLY good. All fresh ingredients. Staff is fast to remember you and your last order. The service is excellent! Great patio in the summer.Food: 5/5

No record of our reservation, sat at the bar ordered drinks and food, 25 minutes later recommended, our table was ready not to use guacamole on Taco salad (bartender provided free beer).
Great food. Would highly recommend the El Super Burro. Their salsa is great and l have some great memories here.
