Management needs to be MUCH more gracious to customers. I ordered a margarita on the rocks. When it arrived, it was warm and tasted bad. I added ice to cool it hoping that might improve the taste, but that didnt work. The manager stopped by to ask how we were doing and I let him know my drink was off and I couldn't drink it. We were met with resistance from the start. His demeanor changed abruptly and he became combative about my request. WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM AGAIN at least this location. I go and sit and waiting to take my order and an employee was sitting being loud and obnoxious a customer then told them to be quiet their disruptive to their meal and then the worker said they can do what they want basically starting a huge argument. The customer asked for the manager and she was to very disrespectfully that they weren't there and they could call him being very sarcastic and just plain awful the staff did nothing to diffuse the situation and sat there and watched. Great place to eat have a cold drink. Also the waitresses are not bad looking either and very nice and helpful. The food is not as good as the other 2 El Vaquero around this area, is not consistent. Sometimes it is good, other times is ok and sometimes is disastrous; never great like the one by Summerville road. Service is good and atmosphere is ok Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
