When I asked to substitute the drink for a frozen margarita, I was told it wasn't possible due to "differing distributions of alcohol" or some other excuse that made no sense. He then offered to rework my margarita into a Texas style. To our surprise, he took my drink to the bar, added a shot of Jack Daniels, and brought it back. At that point, it tasted even worse. I will never return to this location again. I arrived and waited to place my order, but an employee was being loud and obnoxious, disrupting the dining experience. A fellow customer asked them to be quieter, and instead of deescalating the situation, the employee responded by insisting they could do whatever they wanted, which led to a big argument. When the customer requested to speak to the manager, the response was rude and sarcastic, claiming the manager wasn't available and suggesting they just call him. The staff did nothing to resolve the situation and simply watched as it unfolded. I ended up walking out, as what I had hoped would be a nice dinner after work turned into complete chao...

Great place to eat have a cold drink. Also the waitresses are not bad looking either and very nice and helpful.
